You request to engage Legends Law Group, PLLC as your lawyer to prepare and file a trademark application, for one class of goods or services, at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, for a total fixed, flat fee of $ 895.  If you cannot be accepted as a client, you will not be charged. You understand that the law firm will exert its best efforts but cannot guarantee that the U.S.P.T.O. will register your trademark. Either of us may end this relationship upon request.  You affirm that you have the right to register this trademark and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Here’s how this works:

  1. Fill in the information on this form and Submit it.
  2. We will verify that we can accept you as a client of the law firm.
  3. We will contact you to collect the details of your application.
  4. A licensed, experienced, intellectual property attorney will review your application.
  5. We will charge your credit card $ 895 and submit your application to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  6. We will send you an email with the filing details as submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  7. Once your application is registered, we will send you the certificate of registration and a cover letter explaining your legal rights.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office requires several months to issue a certificate of registration. However, your registration is effective from the date that the application is filed.
